File Swap Email

Sending us your art via e-mail is also very inexpensive and efficient. Simply attach your file to an e-mail and send it to your designated CSR. However, there are some considerations. Please read below. All “Production Ready” art received via E-Mail by 10:00am will be completed and posted online for approval by close of business that same day.

DO NOT EMAIL .ZIP FILES.
THEY WILL BE AUTO DELETED BY THE LAMAR EMAIL FILTERS.

QUICK NOTES:
	All artwork uploaded via Email should include a low-res composite JPEG or PDF to be used as reference.
	Provide a legend of PMS Call-Outs on your reference JPEG or PDF only.
	Files should be compressed using WinRAR or Aladdin’s Stuff-It Expander.
	Always make sure all links, fonts and supporting documents are present.
	Filenames of uploaded art should correspond with a Lamar Graphics Job # (654321.psd)
	Maximum file size allowable through an e-mail attachment is 5MB.
	Only use a bounding box around art to note extensions and where white backgrounds end.
